By registering with The Overland, you will be able to view, track and manage your orders. You will also be able to store your payment details on our secure server, which will making checking out quicker and simpler.

You can also checkout as a guest, this means that you don’t have to create an account with us, although it also means you will not be able to view your order details on our website.

All payments made on the overland-store.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to The Overland employees.

Promotional Codes

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange. Promotional codes do not work on Sale items, Bundles, Completes or Collaborations.

Errors and Omissions

In the case of errors or omissions on the website The Overland reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.

The Overland reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of The Overland products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email support@overland-store.com.

Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order. 

Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders

It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact customer services - support@overland-store.com. Please note that once an order has been placed The Overland are unable to amend or cancel it as our warehouse pack and send orders immediately. Please take advantage of our 90 days returns policy to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund.
