Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 25 days after dispatch so until this time The Overland are unable to replace the missing items.
Please note: Depending on the value of your order and country you live in, you may be liable to customs charges or local import duties as levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. This is a legal requirement and the charges are the buyers responsibility.
All items are shipped from our UK warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched with a link to order tracking.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, either for UK or Rest of the World, we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address does not use one.
Please make sure you check your delivery address when placing your order. We pick and pack orders as soon as possible, and as such we are unable to change orders.
