Returns

We think you'll love your Overland products as much as you love the messing about on bikes, running through the forests or slashing turns down the mountain.  However we can appreciate people can change their mind. Provided your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase. 

PLEASE NOTE: we're a small operation, so we *will* notice if your returned gear smells like it's been on a camping trip. 

*if the required replacement is not in stock we will issue a refund.

Our shipping, returns and warehousing is run by ourselves in Brighton so you're in safe hands no matter what!

Your product must be sent back along with a complete returns form for a refund to be processed. Click here to download returns form.

Warranty Returns

If you notice a defect with your The Overland item(s) within 3 months, we will provide a refund or replacement. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, snags, rips or abrasion.

For any warranty claims or queries, please contact mike@overland-store.com, stating your order number in the email.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or design of the same product, from the same season. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to send out replacements within 7 days of the return arriving with us. You will be notified by email when your replacement has been shipped.

 

Refunds

When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.

If you are returning part of a Bundle or Complete, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.

We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
