We think you'll love your Overland products as much as we loved designing them, making them and finding uses for all those wonderful fabrics people call 'waste'. However we can appreciate you may change their mind. Provided your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.

If you notice a defect with your The Overland item or have damaged it either by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, snags, rips or giving it to the dog, we'll fix it for free. For life. If it's beyond repair we'll recycle it and give you a discount towards another product.
For any repair queries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number in the email and the subject line 'Repairs'.
Exchanges can only be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or design of the same product, from the same season. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
